Ig Serroid were an interdimensional council which was responsible for timekeeping and criminal proceedings in the Fourth to Ninth Dimensions. Not much was known about them, other than the fact that they were very rude towards Hulphlocke Impotum. They were also associates of Granny Twoface, who was involved in the ressucitation of Paul.
