Lil Rob

Lil rob was the archnemesis of Big Rob. He was Woke, Angry, and NOT A PHILANTHROPIST. HE was greedy and always jacked up the prices of his housing, and was embroiled in a caravan pricing scandal in Adelaide. He frequently inserted himself into public affairs and was generally not well liked. He was a Refrigerator Clone GOne Savory.

After escaping the refrigerator, Lil Rob established a presence in the housing market with alarming speed. His properties were notorious for being riddled with black mold and were often of low quality structure. He undercut Big Rob's charitable housing empire by buying adjacent lots and constructing unnecessarily tall buildings specifically designed to cast shadows over Big Rob's affordable units, although 88% of structures built were hollow which left only 12% of the building liveable. When questioned by the Lismore Housing Tribunal, Lil Rob famously responded: "Sue Higginson"

Having purchased Big Rob Caravan Job in 3 A.B through a shell company called "This is Not Lil Rob Holdings Pty Ltd," he immediately quadrupled lot fees and introduced a "breathing surcharge." When residents complained, he blocked them as punishment. The scandal only ended when Big Rob himself intervened, defeating Lil Rob in the Trial of Caravans which was a big Adelaide legal proceeding conducted entirely within a Jayco Eagle. Lil Rob was banished to Lismore, Victoria, which he considered 88% worse than refrigeration.
