The Scorched Cock Policy was a cruel and unjust policy implemented by Combine and later Waifurian military leaders in an attempt to rob prisoners of war of their masculinity. It consisted of the burning and preparing of the male genetalia in a manner similar to that of the popular American sausage food, Hot Dogs.
