Xiao Ling was the President of Ohio during the Aftertimes, when Ohio was forced to repair connections with former allies in the wake of the Great META War. Xiao Ling gave up and quit after about 3 weeks on the job, citing that it was an “impossible task” to undo 200 years of war and destruction.
