Doctor Wallace Breen was a corporal in the Combine Invasion Force during the Great META War. A human defector, he was set to be subject to the Scorched Cock Policy for treason upon his capture until Jezebel's Nuclear Pumpkin was dropped on Columbus, Ohio and killed him and many of his troops. Wallace had previously served as director of the Black Mesa Research Facility before his defection.
